FMS data manager not installing

Hi, whenever i try to download and execute the program it is saying I am unable to start it as its been blocked for my protection. I have done every resolution I can think of such as start as admin ect ect all with no joy therefore i can not use it. Any help greatly appreciated

Hello, thanks for contacting us. Have you tried to disable your firewall, then install?
