FMS Data Manager won't update the AIRAC and CTD after that (v1.8.9.0414 - Windows)

Hello,

I just recently update the FMS Data Manager to the latest version and after that it won’t update the AIRAC database and just CTD after a while waiting it won’t download a single data.

I tried uninstalling and installing all over again from the beginning (including deleting the remaining folder)

However i found this log on “Windows Event Viewer” after the app CTD:

Hi,
first of all, welcome here in our forum … may I ask a few questions please?

  1. Which OS do you use?
  2. Which OS patch level do you have currently installed?
  3. Are you able to upload the log-files from the FMS Data Manager please (located here %ProgramData%\Navigraph\FMSClient\logs)
  4. Have you deleted the following folder also, after you have made a uninstall?
    %ProgramData%\Navigraph\FMSClient
    D:\P3D Addons\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager

Thanks for your help,
Richard

Hi again,
may I ask, if you can look on the properties, of one of the *.ngpart files if you have this?
image

I ask, because the download seems to be ok … it´s the temp-file which we create, but when the FDM tries to unzip it, it crashed and it looks like, that the FDM can´t do this due a blocking file or any other security/privilege issues.

Thank you,
Richard
