Hi…,

I see you have been a customer for many years, thank you.

What has changed on your system since it was working , Windows Update, AV update . software update ?

I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.

If you have backups of previous AIRACs you wish to keep, backup c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\backup

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Please let us know how you get on.

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian,

Thank you for getting back to me.
I have followed your steps and uninstalled FMS Data Manager.
Then I removed the folders you suggested and disabled Windows Build in FW and A/V.

I installed the latest and the issue seems to be resolved!

Don’t know what was the cause (either the FW/A/V or the removal of Program Files / Navigraph/ FMS Data Manager) either way the issue is resolved.

Thanks
Dekel

Hi Dekel,

You are welcome. Sometimes starting from scratch solves it, and gets us to the same starting point,

Happy flying.
