Please advise:

Which operating system - Windows or macOS? Which version?
Which FS X-Plane, P3D etc ? Which version?
What have you tried and what were the results?
Maybe post screenshots using Guide to posting Screenshots

I have tries everything I found on the forum uninstall and reinstall, delete the folder in program data…

Hi Yves,

Please see Malte’s potential solution at FMS Data Manager is not finding any addons, can't add addons - #20 by skysail.

If still an issue, please post latest log from c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\logs

Please let us know how you get on.

Thank’s for your answer. It was not my FritzBox, but my reouter.
I added the address to th trusted addreses, and now it works.
