C:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient contains the below files:
If you want the new AIRAC cycle as soon as possible, please download it manually from the website at Your account > Downloads > FMS Data Manual Installation

yes it exactly the same with cointains above, then what should i do?
Does the issue still persist? Please answer the following questions:
- Are you behind a proxy?
- Do you have the correct timezone set in your system?
- Have you tried using a cellular internet connection (no router/modem, just direct connection using phone for example)?
