FMS data manager no update - no subscription error despite valid subscription

When I try to update I get a no subscription message even though I have a valid paid subscription. Also simlink will not connect to x-plane, presumably for same reason?

Welcome.

You have two accounts. Please sign in with your other account with different email which has your subscription.

Once connected correctly, I suggest you delete the account without subscription to avoid confusion.

Thanks for your quick reply. I signed in on the account with the gmail address which has the subscription and deleted the account with the sympatico.ca address. I also uninstalled data manager and simlink and reinstalled them from the gmail account. I thought maybe it was an issue with a password manager so I amended that too. Then I downloaded and reinstalled data manager but unfortunately I am still getting the same message that I don’t have a subscription. Thanks for looking into this,
