Unable to log in in FMS data manager on Mac

I’m unable to log in in FMS Data Manager. Saying Password incorrect. But it’s the right password.

possible your username is wrong because with the username Dodozep which you useit herein the forum, there is no subscription assigned.

Check your username please

Its also ok … but your mail adress which you’re using here (d...r@icloud.com) is no subscription.

Yes, because you use the wrong email address, not the same as in your subscription.

Any idea about my issue ? I have the right email address, right password, and I purchased my subscription yesterday. And I still can’t log in the FMS Data Manager.

You have two accounts one with your user name with subscription, and another with different email and no subscription. To avoid confusion I suggest deleting this latter account.

You might try using Dodozep to login to FMS Data Manager rather than email

What Flight Sim and addons are you seeking to update? Assuming non MSFS, you can use Navdata Manual Installation
