Flight1 ATR approach missing

Hi good morning, first I would like to thank you for such fantastic product that is Navigraph. I have been using Navigraph this last 6 month and I love it.

I have and issue with Flight1 ATR GNSS , when entering the Arrival, only the runways are shown but there is not sign of the approaches. I had tried on both simulators," fsX and fs9". and I have also tried several airports.
