FF A320 Not Updating AIRAC cycle

I am trying to update the AIRAC cycle for my Flight Factor A320 but it will not update. Other airframes in the game have received the update, but not this one.

I’ve attached screenshots of the mapping.

Can you confirm that the path (look at your screenshot) is correct and your FF A320 is installed in the Aircraft/FlightFactor/A320… folder?

Can you post a screenshot of your aircraft folder and the FlightFactor folder inside the Aircraft folder?

The first screen shot shows the file path for my Flight Factor add on (x plane 12 > aircraft > flight factor a320 )

The first screenshot shows:
XP12 → Aircraft → FlightFactor → A320…

… and not what you have written.

Again the question, can you confirm that this is the correct path?

Can you post a screenshot of your aircraft folder and the FlightFactor folder inside the Aircraft folder?

Thank you for the screenshots. The path you set in the FMS Data Manager is wrong (as assumed).

Your FF A320 installation is:
<XP12-root>\Aircraft\FlightFactor A320 ultimate

… and in the FMS Data Manager, you have:
<XP12-root>\FlightFactor\Airbus-A320-Ultimate-12-extended

It is so utterly different that the FF will not be updated.

Go to the FMS Data Manager under Addon Mappings:

1. Remove the FF-entry/line and press the Save button
2. after #1, press the +Add button
3. Select the User-defined Folder
4. Browse to exactly this path <XP12-root>\Aircraft\FlightFactor A320 ultimate
5. Press the Save button
6. Switch back to the Addon list and check if the path is now correct
7. When #6, yes, make the update and look if the data is now up-to-date

Please be sure that you select precisely the path that I have written above or under #4
