EPWA glideslope seems to be too high right now. I’m crossing threshold at 120ft on both RWY11 and RWY33. I use DD’s scenery and I already checked the threshold elevation with MSFS HUD. RWY11 is 11ft lower than the published charts and RWY33 is exactly on spot, so it’s not a scenery issue. I posted a video of the final approach on YouTube into RWY11.
Hi,
I don´t have the third-party scenery, so I have tested it with the MSFS stock scenery. Here, the thresholds and crossing heights are okay so far.
Here, approach RWY11 with the current AIRAC:
… you see the correct 420 feet (rwy elevation 362 feet + TCH 53 feet):
… and also, on our metric directly from our charts, you see 60 ft above ground level (53 feet is the exact TCH):
So, I can´t see any navdata issue here. When you are able, try the same without your 3rd party scenery. I have checked the data values in the MSFS dataset, and they are correct according to the charts.
Cheers,
Richard
