EDWX from FSDG not in Prosim DB

Hello,
I have installed EDWX from FSDG and have also just landed there. So the Aiport is present in the Scenery.cfg. Unfortunately I cannot select EDXW in the FMC. Message: not in Data Base. I generated the DB in ProSim before the flight .
Does anyone have a tip?
Could it be due to the new cycle from Navigraph?
Best Michael

Hi Michael,
this is a special airport which is not in our source, sorry. I’m curious - what do you want to fly from this airport with ProSim? The runway 06/24 is 1830 feet long and 2 tons max aircraft weight?

Cheers
Richard

Thank you. I will ask ProSim. Michael

Not sure, what you want to ask ProSim, Michael. They use our data and this airport is simple not included.

But again, why do you need this small, special airport in combination with ProSim? I thought the ProSim has only a A320 or B737 type and both can"t be land there. Therefore my question, why you need this airport in the ProSim database?!

Cheers
Richard

All right, now I understand you. Sylt can be approached with an A320 and B737. There is runway 32/14 with 2120 m and runway 24/06 has restrictions. Can you create the fairport in the Navdata or can I do it myself? Kind regards Michael

Ah, you mean Sylt … but Sylt has EDXW and not as in your subject EDWX. Two different airports, and yes in Sylt can you land with a A320 and a B737, thats clear … In Westerstede-Felde not.

I will check EDXW …

Cheers
Richard

Oh, that was my mistake. It’s EDXW. Sorry Michael

Hi Richard, have you any idea? Michael

Hallo Michael,
I have checked the ProSim database, and Sylt (EDXW) is included:

Airport-Record (directly from the ProSim database):

… also the runways:

Sorry, it looks more a ProSim issue rather a navdata issue.
Cheers,
Richard

Message from ProSim
Hi,

Issue found. that specific scenery contains an exclude for an airport in the same layer (inside the same folder). This was causing the airport to not be added to the FMS as rwy info was deleted.

Fixed with next beta. It requires a database rebuild.
Thank You for helping
Michael

Thanks Michael for the update and sharing the solution. Thank you very much!

Cheers and a nice day
Richard
