I set up a flight from Kaula Lumpur WMKK to Bangkok VTBS in Navigraph Charts, copied it into Prosim737 Company Routes and Loaded it into my Prosim FMC. When I opened the route in the FMC neither the legs nor the DEST Airport were there. I tried manually typing VTBS to the DEST but it said NOT IN DATA BASE. I pressed LEGS to type them in manually but it returned to the Main MENU. I’m not sure if this is a Prosim or a Navigraph issue.
Hi Jerry,
I don’t know which sim do you use but isbit possible that VTBS isn’t inlcuded in your sim version? That would explain, why you can’t select this ICAO code.
Try to select VTBS in the sim. When it’s not possible, you know that this airport (which is new sonce 2006) isn’t included.
I purchased VTBS Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport by A_A Sceneries from SimMarket over a year ago but I just re-installed it. Its been a long time since I tried to fly there. The airport loads fine in P3Dv4.5. I’m not sure why Navigraph doesn’t find it. Do I need to re-install Navigraph so it can find new installs of airports?
Hi Jerry,
I guess this is no issue on our side because the airport and data are included in the ProSim dataset - I guess more a ProSim question. I have found a similar issue here in our forum - possible it helps you too …
I don´t have the ProSim addon, but it looks there is any “updater” which you must run first. The dataset has the VTBS included - so it must be something else, sorry.
