Track up, weather and vatsim traffic not working

Hello Navigraph,

Since the update with teh traffic I have a lot of issues with my navigraph. It all works fine on the flightsim pc but I mostly use navigraph on a second laptop. Since the last update, I can see all the new options on it. But it doesn’t work.

I can’t display any traffic.
I can’t use the track up option for my own aircraft.
I can’t display any weather options.

Never had those issues before.

I do run Norton 360 but I don’t think that’s causing it because Navigraph has full rights of traffic on Norton 360.

I did initially also have simlink installed on this laptop and you guys told me to uninstall it. I did that, also uninstalled and reinstalled navigraph charts but still have the same issue.

Can you kindly provide me with some assistance to solve this problem?

To narrow down issues, please uninstall the Online Networks beta.

I already tried uninstalling Navigraph and reinstalling it a few times but it always gives the same result. I can’t find an option to uninstall only the online networks beta. How can I do this. I only see an Uninstall Navigrap Charts.exe file but nothing only indicating to the beta.
I do find 3 folders with the name Navigraph in my AppData Roaming? Should I try to delete all of those?

I just tried to uninstall Navigraph and every folder I could find. Reinstalled, same issue.

That is expected; there is no way to do that, unfortunately.


Do you still have this issue even with today’s update to v8.38.0?
