Since the update with teh traffic I have a lot of issues with my navigraph. It all works fine on the flightsim pc but I mostly use navigraph on a second laptop. Since the last update, I can see all the new options on it. But it doesn’t work.
I can’t display any traffic.
I can’t use the track up option for my own aircraft.
I can’t display any weather options.
Never had those issues before.
I do run Norton 360 but I don’t think that’s causing it because Navigraph has full rights of traffic on Norton 360.
I did initially also have simlink installed on this laptop and you guys told me to uninstall it. I did that, also uninstalled and reinstalled navigraph charts but still have the same issue.
Can you kindly provide me with some assistance to solve this problem?
I already tried uninstalling Navigraph and reinstalling it a few times but it always gives the same result. I can’t find an option to uninstall only the online networks beta. How can I do this. I only see an Uninstall Navigrap Charts.exe file but nothing only indicating to the beta.
I do find 3 folders with the name Navigraph in my AppData Roaming? Should I try to delete all of those?
Please elaborate. Does enabling the online traffic option not show any traffic on the map? Can you try charts.navigraph.com and compare the results?
Please provide a screenshot or recording of this behavior. We have no other reports of this issue and cannot reproduce it ourselves, so we would appreciate more details!
Please elaborate a bit. Enabling the weather widget does not show any weather on your map. Is this valid for any and all weather layers? Please see this post as well:
So my problem is that, since the update that provides vatsim traffic, I’m having problems on my older system, the one I usually use to display navigraph on.
As for track up, I select follow ownship and show ownship trail and orientation track up:
As you can see, no weather is displayed. I didn’t have these issues before the update. I tried reinstalling it, no effect.
I don’t have these issues on my other system, the one with MSFS2020, but I don’t like to run navigraph on it because I prefer to keep as much memory available for the sim.

It appears that your laptop does not have a GPU. That in itself is not necessarily an issue, but it seems that our map engine no longer supports your particular version of integrated (Intel) graphics.
This results in the Charts application falling back to a simple version of the map, the same one used in the Charts In-Game panel for MSFS. This map does not support weather or traffic features, and it also does not support track-up.
