Determining account status- FMS Data Manager

Hi there. I have jut purchased SimBrief subscription. On signing into FMS Data Manager for the first time and inputting the OTP received through the website,
'Determining account Status pops up and has remained for 10 minutes or more with no change. On FSX PMDG 777 there is a ‘Nav Data Out of Date’ message on starting up the CDU.

Hmmm, Maybe there was a temporary outage.

I just uninstalled, downloaded and installed latest FMS Data Manager with no problems.

You might try the same, possible disabling antivirus and firewall.

Yes I tried deleting and reinstalling with the same outcome. I thought maybe it was due to Internet connection like previous forum posts but it loads the content on the website just fine.

Will try turning antivirus and firewalls off.

Hi Ian,

No it wasn’t, I looked through my firewall settings and anti virus and couldnt find navigraph in the list. Attached is what it has looked like for the past 5 minutes. I just tried to use to 777 Sim without an updated DCU as a work around.

This looks like a network connection issue. You could try resetting your modem/router.
Also try connecting via a mobile phone hotspot.

Hi Ian,
Interesting because I could access the internet in order to send you the previous email on the same router, and Ive been using it all day for work. Changing to a mobile hotspot helped and it is now up and running on my computer.

So that suggests you have an issue with your normal internet connection, which you might look into.
