The FMS data manager can't determine my status

suddenly , this appears on my screen ! Can you help me ?
I have a valid account and still have a current subscription until 26/09/2022.

Hi dears,
Problem solved !!!
It was due to a connectivity problem through internet.
My connection wad slowed down by my provider at that moment
and it was sufficient to create that issue.
