Came across this message after updating the FMS Data Manager.

This is my custom Data folder.

welcome and thanks for the details - for a first post, well done!

According the screenshot of your files, it seems you have installed a mix between between XP11 and XP12 because the files indicates that.

Therefore, the simplest method is:

  • close the sim
  • delete the complete content of the Custom Data folder
  • start the FMS Data Manager and re-install again the XP12 dataset
  • close the FMS Data Manager and start the sim

That should solve your issue
