MSFS update error

Tried to update my nav data and i keep getting this error. First time ive seen it.

Hi,
two questions:

  1. your simulator was not running?
  2. can you try to open the content.xml file with a simple notepad or similar else - it´s located here %localAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
