Hello,
I noticed some errors in the last CPS application database.
Some airport runways do not have the same name in the Runways section and in the other sections where they appear.
Eg: EGSS Runway section:
EGSS;04;42;10003;151;10003;10003;332;0.2
EGSS;22;222;10003;151;10003;10003;348;-0.2 Intersection section:
EGSS;05;K;9245.4;
EGSS;05;L;7844.5;
EGSS;25;P;7664.0; Clear/Stopways
EGSS;05;951.4;0.0;
EGSS;25;879.3;0.0; Eosids
EGSS;05;LT TO ‘BKY’ 116.25 (197 INBD,RT);
EGSS;25;RT TO ‘BKY’ 116.25 (070 INBD,LT);
It seems some others airports have the same errors. This causes CPS crash.
Please, would you correct.
Hi Pierre,
we don´t offer intersections, clear/stopways or EOSIDS - this information comes from the old/outdated Topcat database and therefore the runways are outdated there. What I can offer is to remove the Topcat data from the CPS dataset to avoid a crash but we can´t update it, sorry.
Hi again Pierre,
what do you mean a “new database” which contains the same information in a text file? What do you mean with “the same information”? Which information?
I would like, a text file containing
World airports ICAO, IATA, name, elev, Lat, Long.
Airports runways with QFU, length, width, slope.
Runways stopway/clearway, EOsids,
if possible into a text file as the one for TOPCAT.
Thanks by advance
