The RNDRZ2’s MISEN restriction is NOTAM’d from AT FL240 to AOA FL240
(big advantage for VATSIM, matches RW procedures as a controller)

the NOTAM starts with Feb 20th, 2024, the cut-off day for the current cycle 2402 was Dec 23rd 2023 (RAD Jan 19th 2024) - so all changes after this date(s) are not included in the data nor the charts. I expect this change with AIRAC 2403 or 2404.
The FAA hasn´t this change also included:
