Cant install the new AIRAC cycle into the simulator with the Navigraph nav data centre

I tried to install the newest airac cycle into the simulator with the Navigraph nav data centre. But everytime I tried to install it appears error and said ’ \users\appdata\local\temp\navgraph\navigraph-nav data_2106_r2.7z

Hi Mike,

Can you please check the following:

  1. That the simulator is not running when updating the AIRAC

  2. That the folder described in the error message (%localappdata%/Temp/ and %localappdata%/Temp/Navigraph/) are readable and writable by your user.

  3. That also your Community folder is readable and writable by your user.

To change/set permissions of a folder you just right-click it, choose properties, go to security tab, choose the user for which account you have installed the simulator and the Navdata Center and make sure all checkmarks are ticked as in the picture below:
