Cant get navigraph hub to open after install

to be clear I have uninstalled simlink, navigraph and nav hub multiple times and i have no antivirus sofware active on this pc. whenever i do reinstall navigraph hub and simlink or charts all together i can not open up navigraph hub,a small window pops up when i attempt to open the hub for about 1 second then disappears instantly I am at a loss and the forms on here have no answer for me please help. this iamge ive attached is the small boarder that pops up when i attempt to open the hub you should be able to see the outlines

Hi Ian my windows is synched to local time this was not the issue, ive went through some other forms an tried some options that where sugested by other admins such as wired internet and phone hotspot non of which worked, however i would like to say that i also cant open navigraph app either as of recently no matter what the only option that works for some reason is the cloud version through chrome. hopefdully there is a solution to this issue

Please try disabling Antivirus and Firewall.

When you run Navigraph Charts Desktop, what exactly happens? Do you get the same small window as you mentioned for Hub? Screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots.

all anti virus is disabled and nothing happens after i open the charts app all i get is the little blue loading icon on my cursur kida hard to take a screen shot of that

so no reply great happily canceling my subscription now

I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your support request. Unfortunately, our second-line technical support team was away for a significant part of last week for a company-wide kickoff event, which caused a delay in handling your issue. The account team has been researching the issue, but this is a technical problem with your setup. It seems that your system is unable to run Electron applications.

Both Navigraph Charts Desktop and Navigraph Hub are based on the Electron Framework. Since the apps cannot start, our logging system cannot provide any information about what is going on, as the apps need to start correctly to be able to log errors. This is an issue that we have not encountered before and could be related to corrupt files, drivers, or file permissions in your system.

In order to see what is going on, you can start the application from the CLI. This is made by searching from “command prompt” in the start menu and then cd %localappdata%/Programs/navigraph-hub followed by "Navigraph Hub.exe". You should then hopefully see an error message which could provide further information of what is going wrong.
