Hi, After installing navigraph hub it does not open. Install seems to be ok but when I launch the app it just does nothing. Cannot even see it as a process in task Manager.
Have checked java, tried with AV off, uninstalled / re-installed many times but no go. It feels like a dependency is missing or corrupt. Version 1.2.2 worked (although had java pop up errors on start) but when I was prompted to download and install new version it has not worked since. Thanks

Please try again:
- Disable antivirus and firewall.
- Use Windows to Uninstall Navigraph Hub
- Redownload and Install latest Navigraph Hub
- Restart machine
- Run Navigraph Hub

Thanks for the reply, I have followed those steps multiple times and no luck hence the post on here to see if there are any new idea’s.
I’m having the same problems, it’s loading but it’s blank. Not working at all and not changed any settings etc. Tried shutting down and restarting
When you uninstall the app, are you removing the residual data under C:\users"your username"\AppData\Roaming\navigraph-hub ?
I would recommend this before reinstalling.

Hi, I tried removing the navigraph-hub folder at C:\users"your username"\AppData\Local\ and this and it makes no difference. I do not see a navigraph-hub folder at the location you mentioned. The only folder is for charts.
When you run Navigraph hub you get the blue circle for about a second and then nothing. Note: Navigraph charts works perfectly. Thanks
Ok firstly…
Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Search for “Navigraph Hub” and uninstall it that way. That will ensure a complete uninstallation.
Then reinstall via the previously posted link
I have treid all the above when trying afresh install i get cannot close hub do it manually thern retry, it is closed as far as i can tell, i press retry it then completes and places icon on desktop, but will not open

The hub doesn’t seem to be working tonight. All I get is a blank screen. Problem seems to be on Navigraphs end.
PS, I uninstalled the hub in windows, downloaded a new version and installed it, everything now working.
Is there a way to turn on logging for Hub to see if that gives any indication of where the problem might be. getting a bit frustrating not being able to update data and use other features in Hub. Thanks
For logging,
- Press Win + R
- Type
%appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs
and press enter - In the Explorer window that opens, locate the
main.log
file
Feel free to screencap the log also

Hi, that folder does not exist. It is like the application does not even get to the point where it creates the log ? There are folders called Navigraph and Navigraph Charts but nothing for hub. Thanks
I have turned on extended logging on our side. Please try again and we’ll investigate. Be sure to quit Navigraph Hub from the system tray and start it again to allow the logging to start properly.

Hi Markus, I have launched Navigraph-hub but doubt you will see anything on your end. The app does not even open and does not create the logging directory. You briefly get the blue circle like it is trying to do something but then nothing happens. Thanks

Navigraph Charts and Simlink works perfectly. The previous version of Hub worked, and I was able to inject airac data but after doing the upgrade it has not worked since.

HI, I am still unable to use Navigraph hub and update MSFS 2024 plus unable to use all the new features. Can you please advise what else I can try to get hub working. As stated, Charts works perfectly so what is the difference between the 2 apps. Thanks
