Navigraph Hub and Charts won't open

I just switched to Windows 11 this week and downloaded the Navigraph apps, although, the Charts and Hub apps won’t open, Simlink works fine. Already tried some troubleshooting like uninstalling and installing again and turned out unsuccessful. When i click the icon nothing happens and won’t show any error message or anything. Would appreciate if someone could help me.

It look like a permissions or anitivirus issue.

The error message translates to

Hey Ian, just found out that it seems to be a permissions issue. I created another user and downloaded the Charts and Hub apps and worked. Looking into properties then security tab in both apps it appers two Unknown accounts that don’t have all the permissions to the apps. Here is a screenshot from my security tab in my user

And here is from the other user that i created wich the Hub and Charts worked

I really don’t know what is this unknown account and why it does not have permissions.
Would appreciate some help with that.

Yes, I would set the permissions to the same as the working settings.

Otherwise you might try deleting folder as per Can't update AS FS with Navigraph Hub - #8 by m4rkus

Cheers
Ian
