Need help with running Navigraph Hub

I am getting multiple errors launching navigraph hub, the first one is when I click to launch app it shows a blank screen and then exits itself

Second error is when i try uninstalling it to reinstall it, it says error launching installer

Was able to get rid of the nsis error by moving uninstaller exe to desktop and run it from there.

Synced my computer time before redownloading and that worked, installed it by putting the exe to the desktop seems like the download folders has issue running the exe
