I wanted to do a fresh install of Navigraph after having some some issues. I deleted everything “Navigraph” from my computer and downloaded latest files of Charts, Hub, FMS Data Manager, and Simlink. Attepted to install Hub first. When I click on the file, I get 2 -3 seconds of the spinning blue circle, then nothing. The same thing happens for the other downloads. I saw in another post where a user was having the same problem. Their solution was to move the file out of the downloads folder and then run it. I did that with the same result as before. At this point the only part of Navigraph that works for me is Charts on my Ipad.
Make sure your Windows time is synched to local time.
I checked the time and “re-synched” my computer. It did not resolve the issue.
We have turned on extra logging. Please try logging in to Charts and Navigraph again, and advise result. Screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots .
I have no issues logging into Navigraph and downloading, Charts, Hub, Data Manager, and Simlink. It’s when I attempt to run them that I get no response. What could I take a screen shot of that would be of any use? All I get when I click on any file is 3 seconds of a spinning blue circle. I’m sure you’ve those many times.
Please disable any Antivirus and Firewall.
Please try a different internet connection, maybe using your mobile phone?
How is using a mobile device going to get Navigraph to work on a gaming PC?
We are trying to determine if the issue is your internet connection.
