Cannot sign into charts on ipad

I cannot sign in to Charts on my iPad but can sign in on my browser and I can sign into charts on my computer without any problems. The error message I get is:

There is an error determining which application you are signing into. Return to the application and try again.

Request Id: e0e0925f-f48e-4334-a829-56be505c9389

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the reply but I don’t use safari but Firefox on both Windows and the iPad. I have no problem on the computer only on the iPad.

Please make sure you have enabled cookies in Firefox on your iPad.

Much as I would have liked to I have never found a way to block cookies on Firefox on the iPad. As far as I can tell they are enabled. I have reluctantly allowed pop up windows but this has not resolved the issue. I still cannot log into the charts app although I can get into the browser version with no problems.

I am also having this problem with iPadOS running 18.6.2.

I can login with browsers but not with the app.

When I select Login, the login window pops up but I am unable to enter my email address and password. I can select the field but cannot get the keyboard popup to allow data entry.

Works again now. Not sure what was the problem but all ok again now logging in using the app on ipad.
