I cannot log in to Charts with either the Charts app or Safari on my iPad but can login with Chrome. I have tried reinstalling the app and clearing cookies and cache in Safari but still get the error “Invalid email or password.” But the same email/password combo works on Chrome.
I get “Unexpected error has occurred” with request

Please confirm you have installed the latest Chart iOS on your iPad.
When you try to logon do you get the following sign in identity page :
When you type in your email and password and press Sign In, what happens?
Please post a screenshot (created by Simultaneously press and then release the top button and either volume button) and using Guide to posting Screenshots.

Thanks for replying to this. I finally resolved the problem by going to Safari settings on my Mac laptop (not the iPad), and under Content Blockers additing identity.api.navigraph.com and setting this to “off.” I was then able to log on to charts.navigraph.com on Safari on both the Mac and iPad as well as on the iPad app. So all is well, but the absence of any useful error message made tracking this down an exercise in frustration.
