on my ipad when I go to charts (using safari) I click sign in and I enter my email and password and click enter and all it does is takes me back to the sign in page. it doesnt actually log me in to the charts. I can sign in literally everywhere else but charts.navigraph.com on safari
That is unusual. What version of iPad OS ? What model and year of iPad?
Can you install and run the latest Charts iOS on the iPad?

I have the same problem on an iPhone using either the Safari or Chrome browsers. IOS 17.1.2
The Navigraph charts app on my iPad works correctly
navigraph charts app works just fine ipad pro 2nd gen and I am on IOS 17.1.2
