Unable to login on iPad app

I have been unable to login with the error “There is an error determining which application you are signing into. Return to the application and try again.” It then provides a unique request ID for each time I’ve tried.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as enabled cookies and then cleared all history and website data in Safari and relaunched the app (as recommended in iPad Unable to Login) with no luck. I’m able to access via the desktop app, the cloud, in game panels, and 3rd party integration EFBs but not on the iPad.

Usually, the error message is that cookies are disabled. If you already checked the settings for Safari then please make sure that you use the Safari browser for the login page. Not Chrome or any other browser with disabled cookies.

If still not working then please check your cookies here using the same browser you use for the login page
