Ever since yesterday, during your maintenance period, starting navigraph charts on a computer remote from the one with my xplane 11 simulator on it, only brings up a “Whats new in Navigraph…” screen.
I had the same problem with on the xplane 11 computer itself, but now that has recovered and works perfectly.
I have removed charts and simlink out of the remote computer and redownloaded the software several times. I have restarted and shutdown the computer several times. All I can achieve is a single “Whats new in Navigraph…” screen.
The omputer is running Windows 7 (as is the simulator computer). I have never had any problems before.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Hi Alan,
On the remote computer,
- Make sure you do not have Simlink installed on this machine, only on the FS machine
- Make sure you have internet connection
- Log out and login at https://navigraph.com/
- Can you access https://charts.navigraph.com/ ?
- Can you now access Charts 8 and Moving Map?
Cheers
Ian

Followed your instructions.
Deleted simlink from the remote computer.
Logged on, off, on.
I can access https://charts.navigraph.com/ on the remote computer but the plane does not show up on the map. It does show up at the time on naviagraph charts on the same computer as the simulator.
Accessing Charts 8 (on the remote computer) only brings up the Whats new in Navigraph Charts screen
Checking again. Closed https://navigraph.com/ and rebrought it up, now plane shows up.
Accessing Charts 8 still only brings up Wahats new… page
Can you show a screenshot please?
Kind regards,
Stephen
Sorry I do not know how to do that.
I have been flying for a while using the maps within the browser (https://navigraph.com/ ), and everything is working perfectly.
When trying Charts 8 external to the browser ie the program Navigraph Charts.exe, the page (which I first saw during your maintenance), heading “Whats new in Navigraph Charts”, then the features Worldwide VFR charts, Seamless Zoom etc each with sentence on the functionality. There appears to be no user clickable area on the page
Navigraph.doc (141 KB)
I think I have manged a screenshot, put it into a word document. If its important I am running on Probook 6560b
Only the top portion of the screen was captured.
FYI I am in Perth, Australia . UTC+8hrs
Hi,
What if you click the maximize button highlighted in red here, do you then see the Sign In button?
Stephen
Yes. There was a sign in box (needed to play with resolutions etc to see it. First time in map no plane, 2nd 3rd etc time in plane all good. Yes, working just fine now. Thank you for all your help
