Cannot get this to work

Hello,

I recently purchased this and cannot get to work in MSFS.

I go into the 750 in my airplane and scan the QR code but it always pops up and saysaccess denied to charts. Is there something else that I need to install on my computer?

Hi Mark,
you have “only” a FMS Yearly" subscription which doesn´t include the charts. When you want to use the charts also (in-game or outside), then you must upgrade to an “Ultimate” subscription, which contains the FMS data + the charts.
