Can´t log in at navigraph app at tablet after update

Hi everyone,

yesterday i did update my tablet (samsung smt 510 ). Now the software is android 11.0. The problem is now, that i cannot get access to the navigraph app. When i try to log in i get the message = there is something going wrong, try it again. The next 5 attempts were not succesful too. At my mobile phone and laptop it works. Now my question: does someone have an idea what the problem could be and has a solution for me

Try uninstall/reinstall app on your Android device.

If no joy, please try running Charts Cloud full screen on the Android.

sorry for the late answer. I got the advice to use the Chart cloud from navigraph too. I tried it and - it works. But however many thanks for your help

Charts opens in DEMO mode only saying that I don’t have a subscription to it
