FWIW this only seems to affect the Charts app. The procedure works correctly in MSFS.

That’s not the same problem. The bug I reported only affects the Charts app it is not a problem in-game. Also these are IFR approaches. You’re on a VFR flight. You need to report this to microsoft.

G’day folks, had a look at the nav data and it makes sense the procedure works in the aircraft as the data eg in FSLabs is coded correctly. This issue is the result of a waypoint lat and long being 0°N 0°E. QN775 and the associated arc centre RQN39 have the correct coordinates in the ARINC data. I will be interested in the cause.

Yes the issue is only present in the Charts app because of an issue in the data pipeline.
