Removing both these packages (AIRAC 2413 beta and Charts for EFB Beta) via the Navigraph Hub cures a problem loading flightplans in the MSFS2024 EFB. The link below references the issue.
There seems to be some conflict!
Uninstalled the AIRAC, too. Happened with the first one, too. To be fair, a couple of times it worked but too much trouble.
Hi,
Be aware that the MSFS Flight Planner uses Lido data. Its an external tool, which we can’t be updated. In other words, you create a flight plan with provider X and expect that provider Y can use this flight plan.
When using Jeppesen data/charts, you should plan a flight with our Flightplanner/Simbrief to be 100% in sync between flightplanning, MSFS data, and charts.
Hope that helps
Richard
Definitely seems to be a problem here. Updated all packages through Navigraph hub. Created flight plan in simbrief. Cant import the complete flight plan via the MSFS2024 C700 import feature, nor via the msfs2024 efb tool. It doesn’t load any waypoints after the SID and before the STAR. sometimes it doesn’t even load the destination airport.
That is possible, Pete, and we are thankful for such reports. Only with these public betas can we identify such issues and, of course, fix them.
But as I wrote in my answer, there is no guarantee that a Lido flight plan will work with Jeppesen data, and we can’t support it …
Cheers
Richard
Thanks Richard. I suppose i don’t fully understand what that means. I planned the flight with simbrief, and tried two methods of syncing to the plane with no success. Is something broken, or does my processes need to change?
Many seems to have the same issue. Not sure what Lido data has to do with this, when I create the flightplan in Simbrief, and uses the simbrief import in the airplane. That’s what not working.
Mine is stuck on importing. Some of the flightplan does get in, but the lines don’t appear on the map. When I try to import again, I get an error message.
When you read the initial posting, the OP wrote that he planned a flight via the MS Flightplanner, and here, the underlying data are from Lido and not from Jeppesen. This can work, but it is not guaranteed to work due to the different providers.
When you plan a flight via our apps, it should work. That’s clear, and we are still working to analyze these issues. When we know what happened behind (and that’s not so easy because we are no MS partners), we can and will fix it.
Cheers

I have tried to import my simbrief flightplan in the Citation Longitude using the simbrief import option in the G5000 of the longitude. I will hang unfortunately.
Exporting from simbrief in importing in the 2024 EFB also doesn’t work here. This is my routestring:
SOMEL2B ABNED L980 XAMAN/N0469F430 L980 MANGO L620 SAM/N0471F410 M195 LORKU DCT BALDA DCT ABUPI DCT XAMAX XAMAX1A
ABNED for example, is unknown and can’t be found in the G5000.
Everything is updated in navigraph hub to it’s latest version.
Thanks for this example flightplan - good report! Much appreciated, very helpful …

Hi Richard,
Thanks for looking into this. I have just tried to remove and re-installed the packages in navigraph hub but that didn’t help.
Cheers!
Jaap
No Jaap, that has nothing todo with a corrupt installation or similar. It looks a data issue somewhere … but thanks for testing
Cheers
Richard
Hi Richard,
I think we have found the issue, it looks like it’s the 2413 ARAIC. When we disable the 2413 and activiate the 2412 again it works like it should. So in my humble oppinion it must be the 2413 AIRAC.
So we have removed the AIRAC 2413 in navigraph HUB and activiated AIRAC 2412 in the Simbrief account settings.
regards,
Jaap.
Japp - only for my understanding now? You have installed AIRAC 2412 in MSFS2024 and also use AIRAC 2412 in Simbrief. This is working?
I will check it Jaap - thank you very much for your help …
Cheers,
Richard
I have deleted Airac 2413 in the Navigraph HUB (doesn’t that delete 2413 in MSFS2024?), in simbrief I have activated airac 2412. I did not do anything else…
Made a new flightplan in simbrief and tried to import that in the Simbrief option in the G5000 and that did not work. Still hanging at “Importing”.
When I make the new flightplan in the MSFS2024 EFB via the SimBrief Dispatch imd select IMPORT ROUTE, it says that the route is imported.
After that I used the SIMBRIEF option in the G5000 and I am getting an error now:
Ah, ok, then you use the underlying data … understand now, thanks…
Cheers,
Richard
EDIT:
- In navigraph HUB I have deselected the airac cyle (2413)
- in NG HUB I also removed the option: Navigraph Charts ingame panel
- restarted MSFS2024
- Made new FP in Simbrief (cycle 2412)
- Export FP in Simbrief downloader (FS2024)
- Import FP in MSFS EFB (full routestring is visible now)
- IN EFB: Send FP to avionics
This resulted in a working way to import the flightplan into the Citation longitude G5000.
Hope this helps!
Cheers, Jaap
Hi Richard,
I think we have found the problem and it is NOT the AIRAC 2413, it is the ingame panel:
We have reinstalled the 2413 airac cycle and only deselected the ingame panel and now everything work the way it should:
- make a FP in Simbrief
- export with simbrief Downloader
- Import in MSFS2024 EFB
- Send to Avionics
And it works the way it should. Hope this helps!!
Thanks, Jaap.
Ohhh … I don’t have installed the in-game panel, that could be the reason why I haven’t reproduce the issue. I will try your flow …
Thank you Jaap - you’re very helpful!!
Cheers
Richard
Thanks for looking at it, it seems to be just an issue with the ingame panel, when it is deselected everything works again.
Thanks for your fast responces, appreciate it!
