Yearly Payment

Good morning

On April 14th I received from PayPal a message that I have transferred a payment
(€ 90,63)to you (account Navigraph. Com) for my Ultimate Early, Order ID D4B8A9ECD8CE .

I don’t want an automatic debit from my account. For this year it’s okay but for 2023-2024 I want to make the decision by my own, because I’m 80 now and don’t know if I play the FS2020 the next year.

Can you confirm this to me?

Hi Henk,

Welcome.

At Subscriptions, you should be able to cancel your ongoing subscription which should stop the autorenewal, whilst still providing the current years services.

Thank you for your quick answer.
But how can I cancel my ongoing subscription. In my subscriptions details I can only change the billing period.
Is there also a notice period?
