Wrong waypoint added to the route

Why when I select VOR BKZ as wpt to my route near Istanbul it selecting VOR that is 1300nm away in EHBK with the same name BKZ but different frequency.

That indeed looks like a probable bug; the Beykoz VOR/DME in Turkey is closer to the previous waypoint (Cubuc Ankara VOR/DME or the collocated NDB) than the navaid being selected by Charts (EHBK runway 03 ILS/DME).

But posting the full route is always important for troubleshooting purposes; for example, I cannot reproduce the issue with the following route:

OIIE DCT BUK DCT BKZ DCT LFBD

However, I can reproduce it with this route instead:

OIIE DCT BUK DCT BKZ DCT EIDW

Even though Beykoz is closer to Cubuc Ankara, the ILS/DME in the Netherlands is selected for some reason.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can use:

BUK UL615 BKZ

…to force Charts to pick the correct navaid.

The route was to the UK. That’s probably the reason for this bug, because it simply made one big direct route to the point closest to the destination.

In any case, this shouldn’t happen and needs to be fixed.
