When loading a chart I get the log-in screen

I tried loading an airport chart and everytime I got locked out of charts and had to log in again only to have it happen again.

Which version of the app are you running (check Settings)?

Download the latest 8.20.2 from Navigraph and see if it works better.

Yes, it’s 8.20.2. It may have been a temporary glitch. I couldn’t reproduce the issue today.
