At what point do you get the error messages?
Do you get to actually enter your Login details?
Has it worked at any time? If yes, what changed on your system since?
Can you login to https://charts.navigraph.com/ ?
Problem resolved after I switched from cable to WIFI connection.
But I strongly recommend that the login process should be within the app instead of opening the browser. And both charts and navdata app should support offline mode.
