Hi there,
I am having problems with the freeware VNPR scenery from kychungsotcom (Pokhara Intl. Airport (VNPR) » Microsoft Flight Simulator). Here is what it looks like when I de-install Navigraph FMS data:
This is what it looks like once I install the latest Navigraph FMS data:
As you can see, the runway color changes, the runway is duplicated and its elevation is no longer correct. I have tried using the reordering tool, giving the VNPR scenery both a higher priority (1) and a lower priority (4) than the Navigraph FMS data, but so far I have seen no impact.
Am I doing something wrong? What is the exact procedure for the reordering tool (i.e. which would be the right priority, does it need a simulator restart to take effect, etc.) - or is there something you need to do on your end, like with VHHX?
Hi,
I have tested the scenery but I can´t reproduce it - I don´t have any double runways nor other another surface. According the instructions from the scenery dev I have delete the navdata-vnpr.bgl and I have only added the scenery via the re-ordering tool.
Like:

… or here, directyl from the content.xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<Priorities>
<Package name="fs-base-nav" priority="1"/>
<Package name="navigraph-navdata-base" priority="2"/>
<Package name="fs-base-genericairports" priority="3"/>
<Package name="kychungdotcom-airport-vnpr-pokhara" priority="4"/>
<Package name="navigraph-navdata" priority="5"/>
</Priorities>
After that I have start/restart the sim … and thats the result:
Important is only, that the navigraph-navdata package has the highest number = the highest priority. That´s it - it should work as you see.
Cheers,
Richard
Hi Richard,
thank you very much for explaining in detail - it seems I forgot to delete the navdata-vnpr file, and my priorities were also a bit different. Now, however, it is working fine.
I really appreciate your help - this is really great customer service. Please keep it up!
Regards,
Christian
Thank you very much for your kind words Christian!
