Per the screenshots below. First one is with Navblue stock data only - note I have Tower, ATIS, Ground and Ground Services at VHHX.
Load Navigraph back in again 2303.1, and I only have UNICOM.

I can confirm that. The reason is, that VHHX is an outdated airport and we must use tailored data which doesn’t include such information, sorry.

Yes, also we because there are no data available and therefore you must add such data manually. I will try to add the frequencies too with the next cycle …
