It’s a shame there’s no approach data for runway 13 even though there is a departure. Might there be a reason for this ?

then something is wrong on your system and/or your addons are not up2date - whatever it is.
There are approaches for runway 13 into VHHX, including the famous IGS approach …

Which A310? Which sim? What does it mean “only in the A310”, does it mean you have the approaches in other addons? When yes, you have the answer then …
