I ordered the FMS Yearly subscription but didn’t realize that’s just a demo version. So I tried several time to upgrade to Ultimate Yearly. Goes through the cycle but does nothing. Help would be great.

FMS Data subscription provides full access to FMS Data. Charts is available to test in demo mode without an Ultimate Subscription.
Please outline steps taken to upgrade to Ultimate maybe with screenshots using Guide to posting Screenshots

I think I found the reason. For some reason my bank put a hold on my card after I paid for this. Maybe because it was in Eros. Have to contact them tomorrow. Thank you!
