Upgrade Problem

I have a problem.

I have an FMS Data subscription that I wanted to upgrade to ultimate. I did the demarche, I was debite 3 times thinking that it was the manipulation that did not work, and in addition to having 300e less, I still do not have access to my ultimate account…

How to get a refund and have my upgrade also ?
