Updated QW787 using the FMS data Manager but can't update PMDG 777-300

Operating System: Win 10, Flight Sim Version: FSX Steam, Add-on: (e.g. QW 787, PMDG 777-300, AIRAC Update No: 2107.

Problem Details: Updated QW787 using the FMS data Manager, then installed PMDG 777-300 on my computer and tried to update it but can’t. Somehow, I managed to get the PMDG on the list but then there was no update button. I wanted to do a manual download, as I used to do, but I couldn’t enter any information. Later on, I’ll install an Aerosoft A320 and I’ll need to update it, too.

In Settings, please check you have the latest FMS Data Manager Version:

Thanks for the fast response. It’s 1.8.9.0421 downloaded and installed today.

Lets start afresh.

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

If you have backups of previous AIRACs you wish to keep, backup c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\backup

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager exactly as under. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager .
