Unable to update data manager

Have just installed Prepared 3d. Tried to open Data Manager. Msg “An error has occured, rolling back update”.
Initial screen shows List of files as expired then goes to update screen.

Windows 10, Prepared 3d V5, PMDG 777, 737,

I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.

If you have backups of previous AIRACs you wish to keep, backup c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\backup

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Hello people

I don’t see on the FMS Data ( SID, STAR and so on) for SCEL the main airport in Chile, that it is included in the Jeppesen Database. I use Xplane 11
Could you please help me to fix that problem?
Also I created a flight plan in Simbrief, ( that has some points in that airport), I exported to Xplane11 and does not appear in the flight plan data base.
