Unable to save flightplan for XP12 on Mac

I have the SImbrief downloader, latest version. I generate the flight plan no problem. When I click the popup to save the flightplan it states “3 files could not be saved” and it has a location to my old X-Plane 11 directory. I am using X-Plane 12 now.

I went to ‘Change Settings’ then ‘Simulator Paths’ and changed the location to X-Plane 12.

The save problem still occurs.

Do I have to quit the Simbrief downloader and restart it for these changes to take effect?

I have sorted the problem, as I thought the SimBrief required restarting.
