Unable to open Navigraph Charts normally

I must inform you of another problem that I am encountering, to open navigraph, I have to go through simbrief. While consulting certain testo on youtub the person opens Navigraph, make his flight plan including star and sid and the exports on simebrief, and it works for him.

my question why i can’t open navigraph and make my flight plan like this person

I don’t know either, so you will have to tell me. Does charts.navigraph.com not work for you? Are you trying to use the web or desktop application?
