Charts ios login error…

It all started with this error image when logging in…

I have removed the app, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled the Charts app - same error, different request ID every time…

Getting quite frustrated.

Have you by any chance disabled cookies for Safari?

On iOS 17, you can verify if that is the case by opening Settings > Safari > Advanced. Under Privacy, there should be a switch called “Block All Cookies”. Which state is this in?

Nope. You guys don’t support any other browser than safari as the default on ios. If I need to sign in to Navigraph, I have to change my default browser back to safari - quite the inconvenience…

Hmmm. Our app should be using an inline version of Safari which is specifically provided by Apple for authentication. It should not rely on the default browser :thinking:

What happens if you don’t switch the default browser?

Can you sign in to charts.navigraph.com in the browser on your phone?

No, it doesn’t.
For some reason safari doesn’t detect that I’m online and it’s always sending error messages that I’m offline even though all my other apps work as well as the browser I use as default. Apple doesn’t have a fix, or won’t provide a fix, so I’m stuck and have to fend for myself with countless workarounds…

I believe that counts as more than twenty characters…

I just use it on my PC now.
If I need to open it on my phone, I’ll just keep doing the workarounds…
