Hello, since a view days I cannot update the Navdata for my TFDI MD11. I am on MSFS2020 and the HUB is updated. All my other aircrafts have no problems, also my AS has no problems.

So I went to folder as mention in the picture . When I click install in the HUB I see a .rar file get downloaded in the folder but it disappeared in a couple seconds then the pop up is shown again

@RonnieD From the logs it is looking normal. The latest version of maddogx has the navigation data installed in the work folder and not in community folder.

@RonnieD Are you using any type of antivirus software? It looks from the logs as if another program is locking the file so that Hub cannot extract it. The MD11 archive contains a huge amount of files, so if another program is trying to analyze the contents, it is possible that it takes so much time that it blocks the extraction. If yes, then I am interested in exactly what antivirus software that would be. We are currently testing with Bitdefender as that is what many users on the forum so far has been using.

@RonnieD Please try version 1.2.23 that was just released. Hub will now wait for up to 3 minutes before failing if another program is locking the file.
If you still have problems, please post the main.log again ![]()

For now a new problem with the Maddog.
Everytime it says ïnstall in the HUB
After installing it all looks okay, untill I scroll and return back to the naddog and again install lights up.

Ok I realized the problem. It updated the Maddog correctly but there was a configuration error on our side that made Hub indicate that it was not installed. This is now fixed, no update of Hub needed.
