TOR VOR Type

Hello,

I am not sure if this is indeed an error, I am still learning about these things. I was wondering, is the TOR VOR in Norway (113.85) indeed a terminal VOR? It shows a range of 130NM, but it does disappear at higher altitudes, I assume because it is a T VOR in the navdata. I tried to check the Norway AIP, but I couldn’t confirm it either way. Again, I believe if it is a terminal VOR, just thought I’d ask if such terminal VORs with 130nm range exist, instead of them being a H VOR?
